Moyers Schools would like to say thank you to the Oklahoma City Community Foundation for awarding two of our high school teachers with Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation Grants. 

Mrs. Moyer applied for a grant to place a greenhouse at the school, enabling her science classes to engage in the hands-on process of growing plants and vegetables. 

Mr. Moyer applied for a grant to allow our agriculture classes to build some wood-based projects, including benches for the greenhouse and bucket gardens. This grant will also help our agriculture classes begin to accumulate the necessary tools needed for future projects in agriculture.
